Adventures With Spirit Retreat

Capon Springs is a historic mountain resort known for its healing spring water and peaceful natural surroundings.

The spring water flows throughout the entire property. Guests drink the water, shower in it, and swim in it if they choose to enjoy the pool. Many visitors come to Capon specifically to experience the restorative qualities of the water and the quiet simplicity of the environment.

The resort maintains a relaxed and unplugged atmosphere. There are no televisions or radios on the property, and wifi is available only in the meeting house. This allows guests to truly step away from the pace of daily life and enjoy time in nature.

Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended so you can fully enjoy the grounds, nature walks, and time spent together throughout the weekend.

Optional spa services using the spring water are available through the Capon Springs spa and can be booked directly with the resort.

During our time together, we will explore a variety of experiences designed to support relaxation, connection, and spiritual growth.

Each participant will receive spirit messages during the retreat through gallery-style readings.

Discover the Power of Yes Class
The Discover the Power of Yes class is included in the retreat experience. In this session, Andrea shares insights from her chapter in the best-selling book Leading Ladies Vol. 2 and explores how saying yes to your inner guidance can open new paths for growth and opportunity.

Books will be shared on Friday evening, so you have time to read Andrea’s chapter and reflect on it before we gather for the class on Saturday.

The Reconnection: An additional add-on

It is a two-session energetic process that reconnects you to a broader spectrum of energy, light, and information.

Because this work must be done in person, the retreat offers a rare opportunity to receive it while we are together.

Participants who choose this experience will receive two private sessions over two days.

For those considering The Reconnection, Andrea recommends receiving a Reconnective Healing session prior to the retreat, which can be done virtually and scheduled through Andrea’s website.

The retreat includes three nights at Capon Springs (Thursday through Sunday).

 Arrival begins at 3:00 PM on Thursday

• The retreat concludes after lunch on Sunday, and lunch is served at 12:30
• Guests are welcome to enjoy the property until 5:00 PM on Sunday

Meals are served family style in the dining room as part of the traditional Capon Springs experience.

Capon Springs is located in the mountains of West Virginia and is approximately a two-hour drive from the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia region.

The closest airport is Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), about one hour from the resort.

Participants should plan to have access to a car in order to travel to and from the property.
